$35 Credit Check Fee per applicant.

$350 Hold Fee will be charged upon approval and applied towards Security Deposit. This fee is non-refundable should applicant decide to cancel.

Please note: If there is a “Contact Us” button by the floor plan size that indicates there are no units available. Once there is unit available the button will change to “Availability”.
